The price was right and I did eventually get the thing to work alongside my other multifunction remote, but only after contacting the seller. If you are going to use this remote and other remote that has more than one button, it is necessary to set the first switch pin to a exact setting. Unfortunately, there were no instructions included with the remote, so it took a some investigation to frame out. If the remote had been shipped with clear instructions, this would be a 5-star review.
